Up&Up runs on community support, so we make sure the dollars are there. If the funds exist, we send a quick approval — clear, direct, and without any hoops.

The client shows up for therapy like normal. No vouchers, no codes, no awkward “I’m with that program.” It’s a regular session with a licensed therapist.

After the session, the therapist or individual sends us the invoice for the approved appointment. We pay the therapist directly. The therapist gets paid their full rate. The client gets the help they need.

Once the session is done, the client walks away with real mental health tools they’ve been needing, and the therapist walks away with a fully paid invoice. Simple, dignified and exactly how it should be!
